Nolar Industries offers a wide variety of nonwovens suitable for automotive interior applications. The most common technologies used include spunbond, spunlace, thermal bond, and needlepunched. These products are available using such fibers as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and rayon, with various blends available. Nolar also provides these nonwovens with polymers for wet adhesive applications to eliminate bleed through and sticking to the tooling surface.

Nonwovens are used for complex surfaces where molded and contoured finishes are required for interior trim applications. These materials are durable, resistant to abrasion, anti-squeak, and can be produced with variable machine and cross directional elongation meeting the most demanding depths in pillar and handle pull out areas during the molding process.

Product development is our specialty, and we encourage you to contact our technical team with any special product needs, suggestions, or ideas.
